Ingredients for 4 people:
1 l water
200 g Polenta flour
50 g butter or olive oil
grated nutmeg
50 g grated Parmesan cheese

How to prepare it:
Salt the water, add the butter or the olive oil and let it boil. Slowly pour the Polenta flour into the boiling water, let it cook for approx. 5 minutes and stir it during cooking time. Afterwards you have to cover the pot with its lid and let it cook for at least 30 minutes. At the end add the grated nutmeg and the Parmesan cheese.

Side dishes which go well with Polenta:
dried yellow boletus
sliced truffle
sliced speck
Gorgonzola cheese
fresh herbs
