A Journey of Discovery Along The Wine Route

Our “safari” starts at a wine cellar, which is specialized in the production of sparkling wines (Spumante). There you can taste 3 different wine types. The adventure continues with a walk through the vineyards to approach the art of vinedressers and taste 3 more wines.
During lunch while enjoying a fine tasting menu in a special place, a producer will present you 3 of his wine varieties.
Discover Bolzano’s wines and enjoy the charm and Mediterranean gastronomic specialties.
